Nothing fancy

There were a few dead bugs behind the bed and ants in the bathroom and where the fridge and microwave were. The room is dated but it’s fine off you aren’t looking for anything fancy.

The workers were nice however when i booked i noted that one of our guest was in a wheelchair. The first room they gave up was on the first floor but with steps. So the moves us to a a room with a ramp however that’s where the accessibility stopped. The bathroom door was so narrow i could not get her in to shower. Apparently there is one room which does have a bath open that would accommodate a wheelchair with a wide enough door that was next to ours. However they place another family in that the day before we got there. they were not disabled it was a family of 7. Our rooms had were both multi family suite only that one had the wide bathroom that was accessible. It came down to whoever placed the rooms did not do a good job.

It wasn’t terrible but not great either..the highlight was the parking..they need to throughly clean their carpets..I thought there was continental breakfast but their continental breakfast was this weak ass diner/garage/food truck..idk what it was but it sucked!! That was the worst breakfast I’ve had since I could remember..I never throw away food because I’m greedy but I threw that crap in the garbage..I’m sorry it was that bad..I was hungry till I got back home to Richmond Va

Not a family motel

This is the type of place you stay at for senior week or when you just need a place to crash after a night of drinking, it's cheap definitely not a family place for kids we ended up leaving after one night and booking a different hotel all together for our stay. Stains in the bed. Carvings on the ceilings from previous people. Ac leaked water all over floor. Manager was not on site was no where to be found till 11 am next morning after having hotels.com reach out to her. Was told I would be getting refunded for the nights we didn't stay but I'm not holding my breathe.

DO NOT STAY HERE! At check in, the attendant was rude when we tried to make conversation. There was one key to a door that looked as if it had been repaired but even when shut, we could see outside around the edges of the door. The tv did not work and would randomly come on at all hours of the night. There was no food options at all. The room stunk and had mold and mildew in several places, including the bedding. The carpet was ripped and the ceiling had water damage. The bathroom also had water damage and mold growing. The toilet would start running every ten seconds and cut off. The trim throughout the room looked like children attempted to put a puzzle together. It was very noisy and the guests around us made us feel quite unsafe. There were no amenities in the room. The pictures listed online were not what we saw when we walked in our room. It was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life!

The room was clean with 2 beds. No heat and No blankets to keep warm. Very noisy from other tenants. Slamming doors, runny up and down stairs. Yelling and talking late at night. But you get what you paid for. It did the job.
