Great boutique hotel, very cozy and close to restaurants and stores. Employees are nice and helpful. It is not a luxury hotel but very clean. It makes you feel like you are out in the mountains of Northern Europe. Definitely recommend.

O custo-benefício talvez compense! Nós fomos hospedados no 5º andar e a propriedade não tem elevador. É necessário dizer que é um esforço enorme porque os lances de escada são terríveis. A exceção das funcionárias do café da manhã, os demais funcionários estavam mal humorados e pouco dispostos a prestar as informações necessários. Não indico.

Se procura uma estadia com valor mais acessível, é uma opção que entrega exatamente aquilo a que se propõe. O custo-benefício é positivo, especialmente para quem prioriza localização próxima ao Centro e um bom padrão de limpeza. Por outro lado, se a intenção é vivenciar o requinte e a experiência mais sofisticada que Gramado oferece, talvez valha a pena investir um pouco mais e ampliar a busca. No meu caso, fiquei satisfeito justamente porque procurava um local bem localizado, com boa reputação em limpeza e preço justo. Dentro dessa proposta, atendeu muito bem às expectativas.
