Great spot and great price

The property staff were so friendly! We booked this room to extend our stay in the area. Parking is guaranteed! The room had an odd smell, but was otherwise very clean and spacious. There is a large wrap around, outdoor patio. Just a few steps to the beach!

It is a great on-beach hotel. It's not a family-friendly location- I'm all for having fun on the porch, but if you have kids, I wouldn't book here.

Out of the fifties. Windows won't open. Old jacuzzi says don't use it leaks. Pink sink in bedroom. Toilet outside office for cigarette butts. Towel rack ripped off wall. Lights on all outside and even with blinds down, couldn't sleep cause kept thinking it was after sunrise. Bed, pillows extremely uncomfortable. $280 a night. Yikes!!

This is a great location - right on the beach. You fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. The rooms are large but only one chair. The bathroom is tiny including the shower. There is parking on site.

So Much Smoke!

Apart from the friendly staff, this is by far one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The beach chairs were rusty and broken (I can understand some rust being by the water, but broken?!) As for the private beach area, it was far more crowded than other nearby sections of the beach. Also, despite being ‘non-smoking’, other guests were smoking directly outside our room on the shared balcony so we smelled smoke all night long. We also heard other guests all night long; snoring, opening doors, flushing toilets, etc. If you’re sensitive to smoke, and you’re looking for a comfortable, quiet night’s sleep, you might be better off staying somewhere else.
Most shared balcony tables had full ashtrays.

I did not like that there was no reliable WiFi available. Sometimes you could get most and most times you could not. That was very frustrating. It was very quiet and enjoyable up until the last night. someone checked into the room above me and there was lots of stomping around in the room late into the night and early in the morning. I did not enjoy that. I don't think I will return. It was very expensive. I spent $1000 for 4 nights and I do not think it was worth that much money. I would not describe parking as easy--I did have a parking spot but it was really hard to get in and out of.

Great staff who are friendly and work very hard. Beach is great and well maintained. It would be great if there were more plugs in the room and the bathroom had a shelf or two and another towel rack and towel ring for hand towel. Also mirror over sink is small and designed for people 5 feet tall.
