The door to the balcony had no screws in it so when we tried to open it it was hanging from the hinge. When we called we were told to push it back and then open it. I was afraid the heavy door would fall on me. Also, because of the response by the (owner?) they must’ve been aware that it was broken but chose not to fix it.

The property does not have a self parking space as is shown in the photos, but advertises itself to have free parking. The owner did a good job routing us to a place where we can park but it was 6 minute walk to the room. Secondly, the room advertises as B&B but it just has a coffee machine and couple snacks. The owner did communicate that after I asked but advertising it as such set a wrong expectation when we booked (in a rush so last minute booking). This should t take away from the fact that the owner communicates reallly well, the property is marked well, room is nice. But note that there is nobody physically there to check you in so it’s a little stressful process to find parking around and then checking in. If parking and B&B was properly advertised to not be included in the listing, then the rest is 5/5. Hope that helps both the owner and the other users.

Different for us since we didn’t know about how the balcony doors worked so we thought it was broke and the person on the phone didn’t know, safe wasn’t working didn’t know the fridge was not plugged in. Called Property management. We got there at 3 and they said no one could help until 6 It was an OK stay. Nothing spectacular or outstanding.

Fin beliggenhet. Kort avstand til jernbanestasjonen. Gode senger, men de knirket ekstremt. Vi var uheldige med lekkasje på et rør i taket over senga. Våknet midt på natten av at det dryppet vann i panna. Måtte ligge motsatt veg i senga for å ikke bli søkk våt. Meldte fra til utleier. Fikk takk, men burde kanskje fått redusert pris?

Hotel pratique pour prendre le train le matin

ce B&B (mais sans accueil) est pratique si vous souhaitez prendre le train Bernina Express le matin car il est situé à 1 minute de la gare à pied. La literie est confortable. Pas de petit-déjeuner mais quelques snacks dans la chambre. Le gros problème dans notre chambre était un mini-réfrigérateur qui ne sert à rien et qui fait un bruit d'enfer dans la chambre, toute la nuit ! Chaque 10 minutes il se déclenche pour faire du froid et des gouttes d'eau tombent à l'intérieur. Si vous baissez le thermostat ou le débranchez, alors c'est pire, car toute la glace présente dedans fond en goutte à goutte en faisant du bruit ... Bref, obligés de mttre des bouchons d'oreille toute la nuit pour dormir à cause de ce réfrigérateur :(
