I booked this hotel from Dec 28-30 several weeks prior and upon arrival there were no guests or staff. The hotel was under renovation/construction. There was no communication either from Orbitz or Belagrita Hotel about situation or I should not have been allowed to book this hotel for these dates. Wasted my family time while on vacation visiting Berat.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel which we chose because of the parking - large and very convenient. The staff is very friendly. Even though check out is in 11 they told us we can stay longer and didn’t specify exact time. Because we like to walk the distance to the “city center” or more to say old town was also okay (approx 20-25min). When we check out in 11:30 they asked us if we want breakfast even though it was written 7-10 o clock. Service was good! Only complaint which is not for the hotel and their fault was that in the evening some guys with very loud and annoying cross bikes were driving 1-2 hours back and forth on the long street in front of the hotel. Our room was towards the street and with open window was disturbing.

New hotel located outside of the city. The rooms are big and nice. the main problem was the air condition, the room was freezing, the heating was not on wen we arrive and it took several ours to heat. They do not have bufete breakfast, they just serve you a fix plate.
