A real gem, fantastic staff, the whole place is welcoming, friendly and clearly a community hub. The restaurant (Cleone's Italian) was a surprise bonus with great food and the Paradiso ice-cream sundae was absolutely supreme. An excellent base from which to explore Suffolk and a place you will look forward to returning to each day. Thank you to Cleo, Ross, Grace, Lily and all the staff for being wonderful hosts.

Third stay at The Angel. Comfortable, clean room and easy overnight parking adjacent. Excellent housekeeping. Very nice on-site Italian restaurant, ideal for dinner. The staff set this place apart. Friendly, relaxed and nothing is too much trouble. Even sent someone to buy Marmite for my breakfast toast when they ran out. Took 2 mins and a new pot arrived! Hope to visit again next year.

Perfect little gem in the heart of Halesworth

Stayed here for a friend’s wedding. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, getting me an iron as soon as I arrived and generally being super friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfast too!
