La stanza era in buone condizioni ma il termosifone nn funzionava e faceva freddo! I bagni e la cucina erano puliti, la posizione è buona. Unica cosa terrei i termosifoni accesi (e funzionanti) sempre sia nei bagni che nelle stanze.

The internet didn’t work most of the time and when it did you had to put in the username and password every time. The showers were a nightmare. Half the time it took 3-5 minutes to get hot water and you had to constantly hold the handle down.

Arrghhh I was late

Arrived late to a missed call ( obvs saying we ain't here anymore ) no answer ringing , but Lucky for me they already emailed me all the details I needed ,and everything was seamless . Tidy , good location , onsite parking , overall good and very professional

I stayed here for two nights while cycling around watching England at the Euros. It is a very convenient hostel in Bonn’s old city centre. The staff are excellent: they even helped with some bike repairs and lent me some tools. There is also a good kitchen and common area.

Friendly hostel for a good price

The hostel is nice and the staff very friendly. The limited check-in times (16.00-20.00) were not so convenient for me, but other than that I can recommend the place. Individual power outlets next to the beds would have been nice.

Ich war schon in vielen budgetfreundlichen Unterkünften, aber dieses Hostel war mit Abstand das Schlechteste. Das Zimmer war so winzig, dass man sich kaum drehen konnte. Es gab keinerlei Mobiliar außer ein klappriges Bett, ein Nachttisch aus den 80ern und 3 Haken an der Tür. Ansonsten keine Ablageflächen, alles musste auf den Boden. Das Kissen vom Bett war total verklumpt. In der Beschreibung stand bei Zimmerausstattung "Badezimmer - Dusche". Umso schockierter war ich, dass es gar kein eigenes Bad gab, nur Gemeinschaftsduschen. Vielleicht sollte man darauf hinweisen! Den inbegriffen Parkplatz haben wir vergeblich gesucht, mussten dann etwas weg vom Hostel gebührenpflichtig parken. Parkplatz und eigenes Bad sind meine beiden Suchkriterien bei der Auswahl der Unterkunft, beides war nicht gegeben! Die ausgeschriebene Terrasse gibt es anscheinend auch nur stundenweise. Wir wollten uns abends gegen 23 Uhr noch mal draussen hinsetzen, da hieß es aber von dort sitzenden Frauen auf sehr unfreundliche Art, sie säßen dort privat, die Terrasse hat geschlossen. Wenn wir rauchen und noch etwas trinken wollten, sollten wir uns vor den Eingang stellen!! Leider muss ich einen Stern geben...

Preiswerte Unterkunft, aber Verbesserungspotenzial

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis ok, im Zimmer hat ein Tisch gefehlt, auch ein Kleiderschrank wäre praktischer gewesen als die beiden kleinen Schränke. Lärm kam sowohl von draußen als auch aus dem Haus (lautes Türschlagen in der Nacht). Schade war auch, dass die Rezeption vorher nicht tel. erreichbar war und kein Late-Check-In möglich war, auch kein Service an der Rezeption (Getränke) nach 20 Uhr.

I basically requested a double room as that was available at the time but, I was down graded to a single twin bedded room because I was single. The room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay. The host was very rude and gave me a hard time when I wanted a coffee as she saw that I bought some food to have later but I had to go outside nonetheless. I was not trusted even though I said I'm eating the food later. You are treated like a school kid. Too many rules to the point that you do not feel welcomed. No breakfast available even though I was preparded to pay. You also get fined if you do not use their linen. Will never go back there again.

Ottima posizione, struttura moderna, pulita e accogliente. L'unica pecca, sentirsi dire "se volete le lenzuola, dovete aggiungere 7,50", quando già credevamo di aver pagato tutto on line.
