Very convenient location and nice staff. I would have prefer to have a room upgrade as I have had in other hotels. Also, during my 10 day stay I did not have a sheet on the bed. I only had a duvet. I asked for it and never get it. Not sure if this is costumary in Chile but I found it weird.

Great for a short stay. Room comes with a kettle and you can get free filtered water from lobby that doesn’t have any weird taste. Hotel is a good walking distance to the big mall and to the entrance of the big park where you can hike up to San Cristobal. I arrived early and was able yo store my luggage and freshen up using the lobby bathroom and then got 2 hr early check in. Actual room was quite small but bed is comfy, no carpet, clean. I also appreciated the fact that you can control temperature in the room. Toilet occasionally had a bit of a sewage smell but it goes away quickly. Overall very good value and would highly recommend for short stays.

Well located property with friendly staff. One out of two elevators was often out of order, causing significant waiting periods, and the bathroom could have been in better shape. That being said, the cons are counterweighted by good cleanliness throughout the entire property and an excellent breakfast buffet and service.

Mixed feelings about this hotel

Pros: Fantastic reception, who got me in a room much earlier than the official check-in time when I arrived early. Good wifi, modern decor, comfortable bed, good shower. Reasonable breakfast and nice dinner. Having a kettle in the room was appreciated. Cons: Housekeeping didn't provide a full complement of towels on any day. Tea and coffee were not replenished at all during my four-night stay. Hotel still uses disposable cups for hot drinks in the room and restaurant, which is not very eco friendly. Lifts are very slow.

Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo de restaurantes, bares, cafeteria e pequenos mercados. Se situa no bairro de Providência, na minha opinião o melhor bairro para comer e se movimentar pela cidade. Quanto a nossa hospedagem, os funcionários são super atenciosos, acomodações confortáveis e novas. Melhor custo benefício de Santiago. Quanto retornar a Santiago vou reservar novamente com o hotel. Muito bom.

Atendimento muito bom, nos pernitiram fazer check-in com 2h de antecedência, no check-out, não chegaríamos no horario, então nos permitiram guardar as malas em uma sala. Quarto bem limpo, você pode escolher quando limpar ao deixar uma placa na porta, wifi ótimo. Ademais, tudo conforme o combinado. O local é otimo, perto do metrô e muitos ónibus, comercio local excelente, com bares e restaurantes ótimos, casas de câmbio, enfim, dá pra ir em todos esses lugares a pé.
