Ubicacion conveniente. Mobiliaro y limpieza en excelentes condiciones. Desayuno suficiente y muy rico. Sin problemas para checkin y checkout. Vista bonita. Estacionamiento siempre disponible. El unico problema fue que siempre fallo un elevador y el tiempo de espera era muy largo, ademas que no hay alternativa de usar escaleras o al menos no estaban a la vista.

En la primer noche apareció una gotera en la entrada de la habitación. La solucionaron al día siguiente. Los 2 elevadores del hotel son muy pero muy lentos, lo que además de hacer tediosa la espera para subir o bajar, es ineficiente en cuanto al uso de energías. Todo lo demás estuvo muy bien. Lo que espero al hospedarme en un hotel Hampton Inn

areas de oportunidad a considerar

la alberca no funciono todos los dias, en el bar pedi un coctel y no estaba bueno, no dejaron agua en la habitacion todos los dias...algo quecreo fundamental en el servicio a la habitacion, el desayuno basico, creo que hay varias areas de oportunidad a cosiderar en las instalaciones

Mejorar el servicio de alimentos y hospitalidad

Las opciones de alimentos son limitadas, esto es lo mismo para todos los hoteles de la cadena a nivel nacional. Unicamente tienen servicio de desauuno buffette en restaurant, el resto del dia solo hay room service. Las habitaciones son comodas, solo tienes que solictar a recepcion almohadas, toallas adicionales.
