Noisy fan which we could hear from the room at night. Beautiful garden where we relaxed and had a nice drink. Thank you, all in all it was a pleasant stay.

Enjoyed it, a little dated and no en-suite (knew that, fine). However, the breakfast was AMAZING. 10/10, and lovely lady who prepared/served. Staff were very friendly and professional, I'd stay again. Thanks

Well see you again next year.

Second visit to the White Hart Inn, lovely and attentive staff for Inn and Bar! Special thanks to Tanya, so caring, helpful and lovely, looking forward visiting again next year.

8/10 Very good

It's a really old pub dating back over 400 years, so l liked the quirkiness of the accommodation, squeaky floors and exposed beams. The pub downstairs had a village pub feel about it, friendly staff and locals.

The White Hart is a very old build, several hundred years and as such is full of character. The staff are friendly, competent and welcoming. Highly recommended.

It's a room above the pub on the ground. It's not a busy pub and you can still get a quiet accommodation. The price is reasonable for short stay in Greater London area. Don't expect too much but you still get what you want in travel.

Disappointing.

I was going to order food for the evening. I asked the member of staff about it. She called the woman who comes in to cook who said she was out for the evening and couldn't get back to cook.

The Gem in Whitton.

A little Gem . Clean fresh room with en-suite Attic 1. Old building so floors are dead straight but it was perfect. Very comfy bed with lovely linen. Why pay big hotel prices when there are gems. Will definitely book in the future.
Alan, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Room was well heated and very clean and the high street was just 5 mins walk away with plenty of good places to eat. But the room itself was very very small and the whole floor was very very creaky - person next door moved about quite a lot which meant it was non-stop creaky noise for almost an hour! No breakfast included and the room was not ensuite - so overpriced in my opinion.

2/10 Poor

Not what was advertised. Out of town without anything around except vehicle repair places. No restaurants or shops Small room with nothing to put things on or hang clothes. Small twin beds and shared bathroom down the hall. Moved next day.

Do not stay here

There was only one member of staff running everything and no-one came out to us. I eventually went to find someone. We were booked for 3 adults. There was one double bed. Mattress way too soft. The showers made an awful noise, could be heard all down corridor. We were not offered to upgrade for breakfast. The kettle in the room was full of dirt. When we left there was no-one of nowhere to leave room key, only a notice stating £10 charge for not leaving key. Eventually we left the key behind the bar in the garden, couldn’t wait to get out

Could do better…

The floor boards creaked like the wreck of the Hesperus; and we appeared to have the German Olympic walking team training in the room above us from an unearthly hour. Despite meals being part of the deal there was no flexibility in this and we either just too early or just too late; the manager being somewhat intransigent in this matter. The pub seemed to be dying a death, which was unfortunate because it was quite homely and had a fabulous beer garden. However, despite beer pump badges being visible there was no real ale available. This might explain, in part, the lack of customers.

8/10 Very good

Very nice service & little traffic noise. Heathrow planes fly to and fro above but I never heard them during the night. Perhaps the wall-cupboard could be made into a shower-room/toilet in future. At the moment the shared toilets and shower are outside in the corridor.
Richard, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Great pub/hotel room was decent sized no frills but everything we needed for our stay. We had a very good deal and stayed 1 night. The only issues we had were parking, as the pub did not have a car park and most of the nearby streets were residents only so we had to park about 10/15 minutes away. We stayed Friday night so music was fairly loud until 10pm, then stopped at 11pm, so managed to sleep quite well once it stopped. Lastly the room was very warm in the middle of summer without any sort of air conditioning or fan. Overall the room was very clean, in a good location very close to London, near public transport and served its purpose for our stay. Staff were very friendly and check in was very quick.
