Check in is bit tricky, when I reach to the building couldn’t find anyone but I got a call earlier the day so called the guy and within a minute he was there. Also, you need to check in before 9pm otherwise they charge I think 30 franks (whopping 60canadiN dollars ) overall good studio apartment ok for 3. Small kitchen you want to make a breakfast or any food. Not too bad for the price.

아파트형 숙소라 사전에 이메일로 소통한 스탭과 체크인 시간을 약속하고 만난 후 투숙했는데 담당 스탭(젊은 청년)이 친절하고 적극적인 자세로 안내해 주어 매우 인상적이었습니다. 간이주방시설이 있어 가족여행이라면 가성비 측면에서 적극 추천합니다. 루체른 역까지 걸어서 15분 거리에 있는 주택가외곽이지만 근처에 버스정류장도 있는 지역이라 접근성 측면에서도 괜찮은 숙소입니다.

The location is good. Check in was in person. It was a heat wave through Switzerland and the fans were inadequate. We never received the city travel card from the hostess. We had our swiss travel pass and used that.

The rate in hotel,com was overrated!

I have several kinds of issues in this staying. 1) parking discount available was in their posting in hotels's com web but they didn't any discount for me and they remove it the posting. 2) The elevator was out of order when I arrived the hotel, and my room was 5th floor it was really night mare because we had 6~7 luggages 3 of over sixty seniors 1of 30 young lady, it was really big matters fir us.and it remaind unfixed situation when we check out. 3) There was really tiny bathroom. This was the worst staying in my life. Overrall, I was disapointed a lots.

The terrible corridor

We complained on the first day because we couldn’t use the corridor to reach our apartment, as this disgusting area had not been disclosed to us when booking. However, they didn’t listen or take any action. You can see from the photos how horrible it was, and we could even see it from our bedroom. Every time I looked at it, I felt sick. There was also asbestos in the apartment, and since my nephew has many allergies, we had a terrible experience overall

실제 방문해보니 시설이 너무 작고 위생적으로도 좋아 보이지 않았음. 복도는 조명이 없어서 어두웠고 화장실 변기커버는 망가져서 고정되지 않았고 욕실 샤워커튼과 커튼봉은 떨어지고, 숙소 내의 전체적인 조명과 분위기가 어두웠음. TV는 작동되지 않아서 볼 수 없었음. 인터넷에 있는 숙소 사진은 과장되었음.

The Galaxy apartments were a good option in Lucerne with room to grow. It is close to everything with a very attentive staff. They are on site and responded to all requests immediately. The apartment complex is a work in progress. They are updating it, but it still has room to improve. Overall, it was a good location, close to old town and grocery stores, great staff, but it needs to continue its renovation to get to where it needs to be. I would recommend staying there with awareness of the situation.

Conveniently located. Friendly responsive host. Kitchen had old warped pans, no cutting board. Shower head was hard to control and was very slippery. Beds were about 4-5 inches of foam sitting on wooden slats, so I did not find them comfortable.

Die Wohnung ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und würde dringend eine Sanierung benötigen. Sehr kleines Bad mit teilweise schmutzigen, gelben Wänden. Die Wohnungstür lässt sich nicht schließen, das heißt, diese muss immer mit Schlüssel versperrt werden und das ist schwierig, wenn es für 2 Personen nur einen Schlüssel gibt.
