Harry was always available and is a great member of staff. Thanks for making the stay awesome! Rooms reasonably clean for an old building, few cobwebs etc. but overall, the best value for money I could find in the center of Venice. Very spacious and can leave bags when checking in and out, which is awesome. But you have to give it a 10 for the location alone!

We used Google map and found location, church near, but couldn't find a door to hotel - no sign and nobody in this area new where it.
