The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable. The staff very polite and helpful. You check in and out through a machine at the hotel. The only slight but largely negligible inconvenience was the placement of all hotel amenities next to the check-in machines. We didn’t see them until much later. By then we had already purchased everything we needed. But it hardly mattered since the hotel facilities and service was top notch. Breakfast was out of this world. We definitely highly recommend this hotel.

Guys, this was a very clean room, that seems to be new construction. It was a smaller room, which was fine since we weren't in town for long. The breakfast here is a real highlight, you should definitely get the breakfast if you're staying here. It's in their restaurant downstairs, which doesn't give them that much room to work with, but it's a very pleasant atmosphere and they have a strong focus on local specialties like local tofu. I enjoyed the breakfast as much as the breakfast at some four star hotels we stayed at in Sapporo and Tokyo.
