I’m disappointed that rates have gone up so much. It used to be really affordable for us old folks. Probably can’t stay here too often anymore. We got to try out the cafe this time and really enjoyed it. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Really neat and unusual place, with small garages attached to units (apparently, these were built in the older units for Model T's! Now, good place for the MC or bicycles, or to hang out and read. Units have entries off the court where you park (plenty of space, and free). Unit was clean and looked pretty new (ours was in a section built to add to the older, original section. Area was quiet and close to downtown and the National Park and lots of restaurants. Only complaint was that rarely was anyone in the office. I was able to flag down a lady doing cleaning to get some blankets. If you need something or have questions, you typically have to call a number posted on the office door. Wasn't too big a deal, but a bit odd.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best hotel in Hot Springs! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful enough for a great night’s sleep. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. I slept better here than I have in a long time. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!
