Quarto limpo, organizado e completo. Cama grande, frigobar espaçoso e banheira de hidromassagem funcionando perfeitamente. Café da manhã muito bom com muitas opções. O hotel é bem antigo no geral. A piscina nao tem aquecimento e mesmo em um dia com sol e temperatura a 30 graus ficava impossivel usar. O chuveiro do meu ap estava a conta gotas. Eu fui à recepção e o rapaz, muito prestativo disse que possivelmente o ap acima estivesse usando o chiveiro. Me recomendou deixar aberto e aguardar mas nada feito. Aparentemente aquele era o padrao.

O chuveiro não fechava, pingou a noite toda. A luz do banheiro piscava, o banho era hora com luz e outra e sem luz, também tinha um registro atrás da porta do banheiro que pintou e molhou o banheiro inteiro. O colchão mole é com buraco e na área externa da piscina pernilongo demais.

A equipe se destaca, o café da manhã estava ótimo também e algo que deveria ser mais divulgado é a presença de um Supermercado BH em frente o que supre a ausência de um restaurante no local. Um poto de atenção para a manutenção da água que, por mais que tenhamos visto o zelador cuidar, a mesma ficou com coloração suja nos últimos dias, e outro ponto é a necessidade de informar a necessidade de limpeza para os quartos e a não troca de toalhas em todas as limpezas, mas não considero ser motivo para reduzir nota colocando na balança, creio mais que seja necessidade de ajuste.
