Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Parking is a BIG negative and pricey. We parked in the garage just down the street for £35 versus the £50 we were going to be charged on site. Room was clean and well stocked but we did find some lint and a hair in the bed. Everything smelled and felt clean so this may have been remnants from a jumper and hair from a house cleaner. Otherwise, shower got hot and had good pressure. Air conditioner worked great. Bed was comfy. We were also able to leave our bags for a bit while we visited the museums. This was free and highly appreciated. Would stay again.
