Hotel is well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the relaxing environment and wide variety of food choices. Swimming pools and private beach at the hotel is a plus. Best hotel in Bali Nusa dua

I have travelled the world and this is the best hotel I have stayed in. Apart from the luxury and beauty, the staff are amazing and so helpful and respectful. The food in the villa lounge is outstanding and the facilities are great. We enjoyed the hotel so much we didn't even want to see the rest of Bali. What an amazing resort! This was the most visually stunning resort we’ve ever seen. And we have been to many. Amazing food quality, and extremely helpful, friendly staff. Balinese hospitality at its fullest. From the underwater restaurant, to the pools and beach club, that had a DJ every afternoon till night time. It’s a very large resort with many guests, including those that come for the day, or to the restaurants. Special shout out the staff at the Reef club and restaurant.
