The room, Peonie, was lovely. Very comfortable bed, very quiet either way excellent air conditioning! A large fridge and coffee machine were a lovely touch. There was a small pretty, outdoor patio with table, chairs and umbrella

We were in the Iris apartment. It is lovely - very spacious, nice to have a kitchen and very conveniently located. The breakfast right next store for a very reasonable charge is a great and easy way to start the day. So many restaurants and shops in close proximity and we walked to all the attractions we visited - the duomo, underground, bell tower, museums and the exterior trail around the town. Highly recommend Orvieto for a nice contrast to the busyness of Rome.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay in Primula room mid June. Comfortable bed, lovely big bathroom and a sweet little patio with table and chairs. The hosts were very welcoming and provided us with all the info we needed. They also offered a simple Italian breakfast at just 5 euros each per day which we enjoyed every morning. Perfect stay.

The apartment was great. Amazing large stone building with nice modern touches. Getting there by car was only slightly harrowing with Orvieto's narrow roads; a staff member was helpful in getting us to the parking garage in one piece. The staff member was also helpful in giving us Orvieto recommendations since we were there only one night. Would recommend!

6/10 Good

The room was newly refurbished and very clean. Unfortunately the room is located directly above the proprietor’s restaurant and below their residence. A lot of noise late into the evening.
