호텔과 객실 : 깨끗하다. 담배냄새 안나서 아주 최고였다! 가성비 좋다. 직원응대: 직원들 친절하고 주차도 직원이 친절히 안내해주어서 좋았어요. 매번 경포해변 쪽에 숙박했었는데 이번에는 강릉 시내에 있는 씨티 호텔 에 처음 숙박했는데 일층 로비부터 깨끗하고 물어봐도 친절히 안내도 해주고 주변에 식당도 있고 편리했습니다. 호텔조식: 이층 조식도 가성비 좋아요. 밥도 가볍게 비벼먹을수도 있고, 월남국수, 따뜻한 어묵도 있고 ... 물론 식빵과 커피도 있어오 재 방문의사 있음.

편안하게 잘 있다 왔습니다. 강릉 시내라서 주변에 모든 시설이 다 있었어요. 스벅이랑 올리브영 가까워서 너무 좋았고, 음식점들이 호텔근처에 쭉 모여있어서 고민없이 갈 수 있었어요. 바닷가까지 차로 가면 금방이라 이동엔 문제 없었습니다. 아쉬운 점은 주차였는데요 기계식 주차에 발렛 밖에 할 수 없어서, 걸어서 30분거리는 그냥 걸어다녔습니다. 그래도 직원분들 전부 되게 친절하셔서 좋았습니다.
