Purtroppo i proprietari ci hanno promesso che si poteva accedere con la macchina in ZTL (dando loro la targa), ma in realtà abbiamo ricevuto una multa quasi dello stesso importo della camera. Eventualmente hanno rifiutato di dare alcun rimborso. The property is great and in a great location. But be aware that you cannot reach the property with your car. They ensured us we could and even took our plate number, but eventually we received a fine which doubled the cost of our stay. They refused to issue any refund.

Dejligt sted, men desværre 7 dage med megen støj

Usædvanlig sødt og meget hjælpfuldt personale. Rummet var komfortabelt, men skabet lugtede gammelt og der hang allerede noget tøj øverst, så vores rene tøj blev i kufferten. Toilettet var lille og det tog tid at få det varme vand frem. Rengøringen af rum og fællesarealer er upåklagelig. Morgenmaden var ok - brød serveret ved bordet og buffet til juice, frugt og yoghurt. Desværre er der meget lydt på hotellet, både fra gangareal og især fra baren i stueetagen. Ofte var der så meget støj, at det var svært at sove før langt efter midnat. Hotellet er meget centralt placeret med kort afstand til slottet, torve osv. Det er muligt at leje p-plads i gåafstand fra hotellet. På trods af det meget søde personale, der virkelig er ud over hvad man kan forvente, så kommer vi nok ikke igen pga. støjen.
