I wasn’t able to fully connect to the wi-fi. In the room it never connected. It would connect when I was by the door, close to the hallway but it would always drop once I was completely in the room. There was only one wash cloth and it had a red stain on it. The clerk was nice and gave me a clean one.

This property is very dirty and in need of basic maintenance/updating. The couches in the lobby are worn and guests sink all the way down as soon as you sit down. Edges around beds still had debris as if they had not been cleaned in some time. There are rust stains and mildew in the guest bathrooms. Gum was stuck in the carpets in hallways and guest rooms. Tile floors in common areas, elevators and guest rooms still had visible dirt all around the edges from improper cleaning. Rug at the main entrance was worn, frayed and dirty. The owners of this property have patched carpet in the hallways. Hallways are hot because they are too cheap to run the AC. Staff member, Pamela, was extremely rude to my elderly mother and she insisted that my mother provide a credit card for incidentals after I had already provided one at check in. Pamela was also rude to another gentleman who was trying to check in 4 rooms his wife had reserved. Beds were not comfortable at all and the towels were cheap, dingy & rough to the touch. They were aware of an issue with the safety latch in one of the rooms I was assigned but still kept it in circulation ( along with others according to the elderly clerk who had to come with me to my room to let me in). There are no grab bars in the shower for safety. The only good thing here was breakfast. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!

Our room mini fridge was not even cold & our microwave had no plate to even be able to warm anything up. We travel with children so both of these are an absolute need. We tried the pool the water was murky and lots of hair floating on the top. The hot tub was just as bad and wasn't working. Our bathroom floor tiles around the toilet were loose things in our room had dust on them which made us question how properly they even cleaned. The rooms were definitely not soundproofed because we could hear EVERYTHING! Which made it difficult to even really sleep. We did utilize the gym which seemed to be the only decent thing. The elevators reeked of syrup after breakfast it was spilled in the elevator and never cleaned up. We didn't have a do not disturb sign on our door for housekeeping but it didn't matter they didn't bother to show up. We 100% will not be staying here ever again. We tried saving money by staying here but the saying is true you get what you pay for!

We just needed a place to get some sleep for the night so it wasn’t all too bad but I would suggest some future remodeling and updates to a few areas of the hotel. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options. The staff especially the front desk was amazing!!
