The rooms with ocean view were beautiful! We loved everything of the Vias hotel. We’re very impressed with the front desk staff, they are nice , pretty and very professional. The good stuff - transfer from HCM, polite and helpful staff, great selection at breakfast, beach across the road, a well-equipped gym and a lovely rooftop pool. The not so good - huge influx of families on Friday evening so over the weekend there were children running up and down corridors, late at night and early morming. There also seems to be a design issue with the balcony railings. When it's very windy they vibrate and make a terrible noise - it's like being in a wind tunnel. When I spoke to reception about it, they offered me earbuds.

The Vias hotel was superb.Breakfast was fantastic although Pho was missing but they had other delicious soups.Huge selection to choose from,Vietnamese,Western & an extremely good egg station.The staff were courteous & helpful, one in particular Kunal went above & beyond to help me change a few things on my itinerary.Kunal,I couldn’t have managed without you.I would totally recommend the Vias hotel for a perfect stay.
