El lugar es de fácil acceso por transporte público y es cómodo; buena relación calidad-precio. Sin embargo, la atención del personal dependió de quien se encontraba a cargo. Al llegar, hubo una situación con mi reserva, se me dijo que llegué tarde (3pm) y que no había pagado por lo que había perdido la reserva. Esta situación no era verídica: en la información de expedia dice que el check in es a las 2 pm y sí había hecho el pago con tarjeta. La señorita de recepción fue grosera y sin ánimos de ayudar. Todo cambió hasta que llegó un señor muy amable a buscar una solución. El lugar es tranquilo y cómodo para descansar. Solo como observación, las sábanas tenían algunas manchas. Fuera de ahí, todo bien.

Por el precio y categoría es cumplidor no esperes comodidades o lujos el inventario de la recámara y muebles están desgastados y se ven ya las huellas de uso y desgaste al igual que el piso. Sin embargo la limpieza está excelente (sábanas, baños, etc) Lleva artículos de higiene personal, dan lo básico. Aún usa llave la habitación.

El lugar aunque está recién remodelado se siente antiguo, es en general limpio, son amables los empleados, excelente ubicación si vas al área de hospitales y cuenta con metro y metrobus a unos metros. Muchos lugares para comer para todos los presupuestos. Algo de ruido por las noches pero soportable.

Bonito por fuera, más serio por dentro. Sencillo, cama amplia, algo dura, pero aceptable. Lo único que me desconcertó fue un jabón en la parte superior del cancel del baño. Quiero pensar que la de limpieza no logró verlo, un accidente pero deja un poquito que desear en ese aspecto. Fuera de eso, todo bien.
