ÇALIŞAN PERSONELE NOTUM 100/100 KESİNLİKLE sağolsunlar…Otele giderken son -500 metre aşırı dik ve keskin virajlı; çok dikkatli olunması gerekiyor; alamut kalesine çıkılıyor gibi:)İlk girişimizde yaşadığımız problemden bahsetmek gerekirse Hotels uygulaması üzerinde rezervasyona açık ve deniz manzaralı olan odaların gerçekte dolu olduğunu otele varınca öğrendik. Bize ertesi gün deniz manzaralı odanın boşalacağı söylenerek dağ tarafından bir oda verildi; adeta bir dört duvardı. Bu nedenle modumuz aşırı düştü keyfimiz kaçtı. Neyseki otel sorumlusu arkadaşlar çözüm üreterek boş bungolavlardan ayarlama yaptı ve odamızı değiştirerek çok güzel bi 2 gün geçirdik. Manzara olarak mükemmel Fakat geliştirilmesi gereken noktalar var değinmeden edemem. İSG açısından çok sıkıntılı hususlar var. Bungalov balkonları hemen hemen 3x10 luk tahtalar üzerine oturtulmuş; balkonu ve korkulukları oluşturan tahtalar ise çok ince ve yıpranmış. Normalde bu şekilde yamaca kurulu ahşap yapıların 10x10 kalaslarla desteklenerek gereğinden daha fazla önlem alınması lazım. Örneğin çatıyı taşıyan kalas da çok ince ve kısa tahta kullanıldığı için yetmeyen yere kısa bi parçayla ek yapılmış bu adeta tehlikeye davet. Malesef tüm bu aksaklıklar elim kazalar sonucu ortaya çıkıyor ve mahkemelerdeki süreçlerde kayboluyor; olan mağdurlara oluyor. Bungalov tarafından otel-restoran bölümüne geçilen ahşap merdiven ise tamamen kullanılamaz durumda..Bunlar basitçe giderilecek sorunlar bu yüzden yine de tavsiye ederim…

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu eşimle evlilik yıl dönümümüzü kutlamak için Gökyüzü Butik Otel’e gittik ve beklentimizin çok üzerinde bir deneyim yaşadık. Otelin konumu gerçekten harika. Yüksek bir noktada yer aldığı için odanızdan baktığınızda aşağıda uzanan zeytin ağaçları manzarası sizi karşılıyor. Balkonda kitap okumak ve bu huzurun tadını çıkarmak tarifsizdi. Doğayla iç içe, sakin ve sessiz bir atmosfer arayanlar için mükemmel bir tercih. Odalar tertemizdi ve hijyen konusunda hiçbir endişe duymadık. Otelin mutfağı da bizi çok etkiledi; özellikle köri soslu mantarlı makarnalarını mutlaka denemenizi tavsiye ederim, lezzeti hala damağımızda. En az otelin kendisi kadar güzel olan bir diğer şey ise işletme sahipleri. Güler yüzlü, içten ve misafir memnuniyetini her şeyin önünde tutan çok tatlı bir aile işletmesi. Kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik. Gökyüzü Butik Otel, bizim için çok güzel bir anıya dönüştü. Hotellet ligger i toppen af et bjerg, som er meget stejlt. Ydersiden ligner ruiner, sengene er forfærdelige hårde. Vores værelse var lige op af restauranten, så al mad lugt og støj fik vi direkte ind i værelset. Poolen var ok, service er fin, morgenmad også fin. Personalet er smilende og imødekommende, hvis de ikke var det, ville vi ombooke hotellet.

The hotel canceled our confirmed booking 15 mins before we arrived to hotel. The person on the phone even said they sold our room to someone with higher price as a reason. All other places were full because of the holiday week. We had such a hard time to find another place to stay.

Otelin konumu ve manzarası harika. Ancak bunun dışında kalan herşey vasattı. Oda, tuvalet oldukça kirliydi. Günlük temizlik havlu değişimi v.s yapılmamaktadır. Oda da çok sayıda karınca ve sinek vardı. Kahvaltı standarttı. Kahvaltıda ya da yemekte 2 kişi olmanız durumunda sizi deniz manzaralı olan masadan kaldırarak köşedeki masaya oturtmaktalar. 4 kişilik masayı kalabalık ailelere vermektelermiş. Nasıl bir mantıksa ! Bunu 2 kere yaşadık. Paramızın karşılığı bir otel değildi. Hiç memnun kalmadık. Şiddetle önerilmez!
