10/10 Exceptional

Just left and what a wonderful place, we’ve stayed in many hotels in Greece and the staff are always lovely but in sunny garden they go above and beyond, truly amazing people. Our room was a little dated but for the price and what we wanted it for was perfect, the pool is nice and everything always clean, the bar is great, Yiannis and Angelica are amazing. would 100% come back! Yiannis said at the start he wants it to feel like home, and it did

8/10 Very good

We booked the new modern deluxe rooms in the newer part, this option presents a very good price performance ratio as these ones are very comfortable, modern, clean and have a reasonably sized balcony with nice glazing. Manager is very friendly and helpful. Free sundbeds and umbrella in a beach club not far away. Generally, the property needs some renovation works, pool is little bit outdated, breakfast and dinner area looks also aged. We didn't try the very cheap dinner option as there are multiple great restaurants close, but we tried the very basic breakfast just once. Finally, if you look for a moderate priced accommodation in this area, it will be a good option. For us and besides the great new rooms, a little too basic.

4/10 Fair

Upon arrival the room we were given was shocking, if you are going to stay here you need to make sure you book the luxury rooms as the rest of them are awful. The reception, breakfast area and whole place in general needs modernisation. I had mould on the walls in our room and have returned home sick. There are far better properties for the price, we had to give the manager Yianni, 200euros A cash only price to be moved to a better room, it was that or leave with no return. Would I return, definitely not.

Accomodatie ligt perfect, klein stukje wandelen naar het bruisende centrum. Ontbijt is goed, kamer is prima.

Super 10 out of 10

Because of a previous bad experience in another part of Zante I went with low expectations, but what a delightful surprise. Yannis heads up a friendly team who are always ready to help. There's a very efficient daily cleaning service. Chef prepared the great food there was always something there to my taste to eat. Great clean pool. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday close to the beach it's perfect. - If you want party town go to Laganas

Very disappointing

Only stayed for a night. Needed a little place to shower and freshen before our flight back to Athens. Hotel was dirty and needs an update. Mold all over the showers and a fridge that doesn’t work. WiFi doesn’t work. Employees and hotel staff were very kind, but that’s it.
