Don’t let the outside fool you! The rooms are beautiful. There was even a china tea set placed at the foot of the bed! Beautiful and comfortable and very clean with all the extras at a reasonable price.

I arrived and check in was seamless. The room was nice. I was in room 14. I don't know if this happens often but a couple deer woke me up by pawing at the door... Kinda funny but also a little annoying.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The room door would not lock and we had to stay in the room the whole time, we paid nearly $400 and we couldn't relax and enjoy ourselves, unfortunately the hotel management and reception were also unresponsive and didn't care about our problem. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible

Winter wonderland

We ended up getting an extra room that was available. Just so everyone in our party had their own privacy and was comfortable. It is so quaint and cozy. It was an awesome winter experience in waterton that I would recommend to anyone.
