A new and safe hotel. Direct access from the station.　There are no steps in the bathroom. The basic makeup kit was very helpful. The staff were very kind. The breakfast was delicious and beautiful. It was served until 10am so there was no stress. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity. Thank you.

Hotel Metropolitan Saitama Shitoshin

The hotel was at an excellent JR train station, it is just 2 minutes to the hotel. The front desk staffs were very nice and friendly, I did not expect they even help to take our luggages into our room. The buffect breakfast was provided a lot of choice, and the food was yummy. The cafe staffs provided very good service. The room price of the hotel was reasonable. We enjoyed the stay and had a good time, we would come to this hotel again, thank you for the service.

Great location and very nice

This is our first choice for staying in Saitama. The hotel is just a few steps from Saitama Shintoshin station with check-in on the 5th floor. Our stay was a couple of months before COVID restrictions were lifted and we were pleased with everything. The front staff helped us with several issues. The hotel restaurant was pricey, but there is a Royal Host "family restaurant" across the walkway where you can get a reasonable Western or Japanese meal. Every other kind of restaurants and shopping close by at Cocoon mall. The rooms are small but clean. We came from overseas and unfortunately there was no longer an ON-Liner bus from Narita Airport to the station area, but we got there by train quickly with luggage on the Keisei Skyliner with a change at Nippori.

夜１０時の到着でしたが事前支払い済みのためかチェックインがスムーズ 部屋は清潔でエアコンが稼働していたので適度な温度でした 水回りは清潔で、シャワーの量、温度は十分でした 浴槽からの眺めでも特に汚れている部分はなく、注意して清掃されている感あり 事前にメールで枕についての要望を入れておいたところしっかりと対応されていました 一つだけ、毛布の丈が短く足が詰まってしまい、引っ張って対策をするという一幕がありましたが全体としては 料金に相応しいホテルだと思いました

駅近で落ちつくホテルです

とても静かで綺麗な落ちつくホテルで大変気にいっております。窓から新都心駅が下に見えて電車好きな方にも良いと思います。あと近いのもバリアフリーなのも足が悪い私に嬉しいです。改札を出てすぐの新都心ビルの5階からがホテルになります。ビル内にはカフェ、パン屋さん、コンビニも飲店も多数ありドラッグストアなども近くにあり大変便利です。スタッフの方も皆さん素晴らしく機会があれば何度もリピートしたくなるホテルです。

Fantastic access for Billie EIlish's HMHAS tour at Saitama Super Arena. With a 7-Eleven & Lawson right across the public square, ticket collection was super easy and the train station is literally next door. The room was perfect for a short concert stay, and the breakfast buffet was great.

さいたまスーパーアリーナでフェスがあったので利用しました。朝9時に着いたけれど荷物を預かってもらいチェックイン手続きも先に済ませてもらえました。終演後、ホテルのビルにいろんなお店が入ってたので夕飯も近くで取ることができてありがたかったです。ホテルの室内はとても綺麗でゆっくり過ごすことができました。朝食もいろんな種類があってとても美味しかったです。また伺いたいと思いました。
