The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our needs. Best of all were Matteo- surely the best host on earth! Nothing was too much trouble and he was so kind and helpful. Plus- the restaurant had some of the finest food and the most wonderful relaxed atmosphere. I felt that we truly experienced a slice of rural Italy here. Thank you!

Premesso che il contesto territoriale è stupendo, ma il resort non corrisponde a quanto da noi acquistato La camera da noi prenotata prevede TV e pulizie giornaliere, cosa non vera, passi per la TV, ma per le pulizie assolutamente NO, alla nostra richiesta di rifacimento e pulizia stanza ci è stato risposto che verrà pulita dopo il terzo giorno di soggiorno, quindi niente asciugamani puliti e nessun svuotamento pattumiera, niente pulizia bagno e pavimenti, disservizio che in tempo di pandemia mi sembra assurdo. La stanza andrebbe un po sistemata, se devi caricare un cellulare, buona fortuna se trovi una presa, molto "essenziale" per 77 euro a notte!!! Il resort ha anche una piscina, peccato che ci siano solo poche sdraio o punti di appoggio che non soddisfano nemmeno gli ospiti di questo "resort" che conta solo 6 camere. Il ristorante aperto anche per i non ospiti è situato sopra le stanze, qui di il riposo serale è minato da voci, musica alta, etc etc La colazione, anche qui diversamente da come indicato in prenotazione, viene servita solo dalle 9 e non dalle 7, 30. Quindi se decidi di alzarti presto per visitare il territorio devi aspettare 🙄🙄 e non hai nemmeno la possibilità di bere anche solo un caffè.

Approssimativi e poca cura della struttura

Il posto in sé per sé ha del potenziale, in piena campagna a due passi dalla Salaria, ma è tenuto in maniera troppo spartana, molto disordinata e approssimativa nell'igiene. I ragazzi sono carini nei modi, credo che siano un gruppo di amici, ma per portare avanti un tale progetto complesso (maneggio + camere + ristorante di qualità) occorre esperienza o quantomeno un manager che sappia supervisionare e dare compiti precisi. Ci sono diverse pecche che andrebbero corrette (ad es. gatti che hanno accesso alla sala ristorante), perché un conto è offrire ospitalità a degli amici a casa nostra e un conto è fare hospitality.
