This was our second stay here after being so impressed the first time; just as we were again!
The staff are fabulous. All the time! They are friendly, engaging, informative and nothing is too much trouble.
The venue is perfectly positioned with a good car park and easy access to walk into Bridgnorth which is a stunning place.
Our room (there were 3 adult women) has a bed each, (essential at our age!) plenty of seating, beautiful bedding and fluffy white towels. There was tea, coffee, hot chocolate and spring water for each of us plus a generous supply of biscuits.
The venue is clearly very old and the room has obviously been reconfigured over the years so are beams and small steps/slopes in the room. For us this just adds to the charm, but it is not a modern, slick room. It DOES have everything you need for a comfy night sleep.
The bathroom is HUGE and very out of proportion but it has a roomy shower that we had no issues with temperature/water pressure.
The entire room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, which is paramount in my opinion. I've stayed in fancy, modern venues that are not as thoroughly cleaned as The Falcon clearly is!
I would recommend, we have been twice and as such I can post this review based on consistency also. We will be back soon.
