The room was clean, the view was amazing, and the staff were all absolutely lovely. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip on the island - my husband and I still talk about the homemade croissants and jam! We also had dinner with them the night before which was also excellent. Thank you for a delightful stay!

We had the best stay at this cute little spot! Every person working there was so kind and thoughtful. They really went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. Even the decorations and car put into the space is very quaint and special. Dinner was delicious and also very thoughtful. This is nestled by a lake and very peaceful area; it was perfect for seeing the northern lights. I would go back to this area just to stay here again!

Nestled in a stunning wilderness setting yet conveniently close to town, this location offers a perfect blend of nature and accessibility. The on-site restaurant’s prices are steep, though the included breakfast was exceptional and a highlight of the stay. The room was clean, but the hot tub was disappointingly dirty and unusable. Would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel as part of our around Iceland journey. I would strongly recommend anyone doing this to stay at this establishment. The service from the staff was outstanding, the views of the lake were breathtaking and breakfast was as good as you could get. Thanks for having us.
