Incorrect gate code provided requiring expensive and stressful phone calls to resolve . Beds were not as arranged, leading to sleepless nights, and no helpful assistance or replies to our questions.

The owner or agency never contacted us after we completed the reservation. We had to call for instructions to open the gate and to find the keys to the house. The property appeared pleasant and adequate for the price at a glance, but after a closer look, the state of the place was disappointing. It was obvious that the floors were not vacuumed and there were other issues that raised concerns about the quality of the cleaning crew. We would not recommend this property to others.
