at this price range more convenient and better options available at other hotels. Clineliness need to be improved and price is unjustified as per facilities and quality of standard

Room had no telephone, to get reception you have to call the hotel using own phone. Electric receptacle for plugs were so loose that plugs got disconnected. There is no hot water. Both washbasin and commode let out dirt laden water for sometime. Seams like room was not used for sometime or toilets were not attended to for some time. The TV was not operative without paying and activating the hotels account with the cable company. Only good thing is that the fan and a/c worked. The price I paid ($26 + $6 tax is excessive. Later I saw they listed much cheaper (around $16) price in the internet.

Recommended value for money

Very comfortable and well appointed for the price, the reception staff have exceptional English and are very welcoming as are the other staff members. The Indian breakfast is good although repetetive and I’ve enjoyed my evening (vegetarian) meals in the small restaurant. Well located in town.

Nice stay

Located in one of the quietest locality. The room was small size but clean. The breakfast was ok. The people at reception where helpful during the check in process. A few attractions like ferry to umananda temples, Assam state museum, bramhaputra ferry are very nearby Good restaurants are at a walking distance
