I recently booked a stay at Eazy Centro by ULIV for a medical appointment. Upon arrival at noon, I understood the 3 PM check-in policy and informed the receptionist I would return at that time. However, when I returned at 3:01 PM, the security guard informed me that my room was not ready and that I would need to wait an additional 15 minutes. Given my appointment at 3:30 PM, I explained that I could not wait, but the guard insisted that I either wait or leave.
As a result, I sought alternative accommodation and ended up booking another hotel for four days, although I never utilized the original booking. I reported this to Expedia for a refund, but the property manager did not respond to their inquiries, and I have yet to receive my money back.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property.
