Centrally located. Very close to city center with lots of dining and shopping options. Also very close to a cenote which is a major plus. Wi-fi was fast. Breakfast was basic- toast, butter, jam, fruits, coffee and tea. Does not accept cards for payments so bring cash.

Great location to the center. Bring cash as they DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!!! WE HAD TO FIND AN ATM AFTER TRAVELING ALL DAY. THEY TELL EVERYONE THE CREDIT CARD MACHINES ARE NOT WORKING? Breakfast was meagre Room was very clean.

Very clean. Polite and friendly Spanish speaking staff. Conveniently located to the main square and walkable for these retirees from the ADO station. Street noise during the day that quiets at night. Some noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms. Fresh fruit and toast in the lobby each morning. Filtered water to fill bottles and coffee available in the lobby. We had a nice two night stay while visiting the sites of Valladolid.

Beautiful building that looks well maintained. Unfortunately, the drains smell like sewage, so the room ends up smelling like that as well. There is AC and hot water. Beds were OK. Walls are paper thin, so if you enjoy sleeping in silence, bring earplugs. They charged my credit card and said I didn't pay, so had to pay again - they credited me back, but I lost on the conversion on my credit card and had to pay foreign transaction fee, which is an annoyance to have to pay double the fee. Breakfast was as described, continental, bread, butter, jam, fruits, coffee and juice. Convenient location. Decent price, but probably wouldn't stay here again.

I booked a room at Hotel Gayser 3 months prior to my arrival and requested a room at back of hotel away from the street and any possible traffic noise. I normally do this. On arrival I was given a room closest to the traffic noise. On complaining I was told sorry all booked out. No other rooms free. Apparently few staff understand any English so hotel did not understand or consider my earlier request. Okay some traffic noise anywhere is expected but for the majority of rooms at Hotel Gayser sleep anytime is virtually impossible due to it's location and traffic noise. Sadly all other aspects of the hotel are very good.

Cuando llegamos había varias cucarachas de diferentes tamaños unas vivas y otras muertas. El agua de lavabo de manos de la habitación se sale por la base de las llaves y se moja todo el mueble del baño. La televisión no la pudimos ver porque no se ven los canales. Al parecer el internet no funciona en la televisión. En general bien, aunque no nos sirvieron nuestra fruta. Nadie nos atendió, nadie nos despidió, solo dejaron que nos sirviéramos solos nuestro desayuno. El ventilador de la habitación 206, está muy flojo pareciera que se va a caer mejor lo apagué.

Excelente servicio

Nuestra estancia fue de 1 día, sin embargo el trato es muy amable y estuvieron al pendiente de nuestra llegada. Reserve con tarjeta de crédito para pagar en el lugar, sin embargo me dijeron que no se pudo hacer el cobro porque se rechazo el pago, tuvimos q pagar en efectivo. De ahí en fuera todo excelente. Las habitaciones cómodas, con a/a y todos los servicios con los que reservamos.
