Staff was really great and accommodating, they spoke really great English as well. This property was close to train street which was nice and only 15 mins away from old town. The service is outstanding, the only downside to this hotel is the lighting, however it does not hinder over all experience (if you mind dim lighting when getting ready I would recommend booking a balcony room for natural lighting). I have stayed in over 10 hotels in Veitnam and this hotel had one of the best breakfast options across the country. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel as a last minute booking after our previous reservation fell through- the best thing about this hotel is the staff and service!! We had a small issue with our room and they dealt with it immediately with no quibble moved us and could not have been more helpful on all fronts. Very friendly place to stay would recommend!

It was a very special stay. As it is a small charming boutique hotel, you feel very well taken care of. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience. I ate in the restaurant and received stellar service from Haivu, who went above and beyond the regular service to make sure that I was satisfied with the experience.
