The room was so nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating! The worst part was staying during a basketball competition so kid ran the hallsways the ENTIRE time. But thats not on the hotel.

The room was spotless and beds very comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but we noticed there were children that did . The breakfast was wonderful and the lady who worked there was wonderful keeping it stocked up and full . The only issue was for whatever reason at 4:00 am the smoke alarms went off in everyone’s room . We will definitely stay there again .

The guy working at check in was great. Super helpful and I had several different questions- needed pool towels, bedding for the pull-out couch, and pizza delivery questions. But the guy in the morning wasn’t great. He told me I owed money but had paid through a third party. I also told him that my 10 year old had picked a scab and I wanted to give him a heads up that he got a bit of blood on the comforter. Not ideal, I know, but he’s a kid… the guys face looked like he was so disgusted. I just wanted to give a heads up so they’d know for cleaning. I didn’t have to do that. Check out was just weird. Anyways, the space was very clean. Pool was nice. Safe area with lots of restaurants around. We’d go back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The night shift guy was always there, answered questions, and provided everything we needed quickly. The breakfast staff was also excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness was an issue. The carpets in the hallways looked very dirty. There were multiple places where a spill occurred and it was poorly cleaned up, left sticky and had residue of the spill. The chairs in the dining room were severely worn and the cushions needed replacing. The bedding was pilled and scratchy, and the sofa bed had no sheets on it, or anywhere in the bedroom. Our bedroom blinds were broken would not go up. The mini fridge had an awful smell. The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast options were wonderful. Everything was fresh and constantly being refilled. The area was continuously picked up and cleaned by the staff. There was a wide selection of choices. The staff was kind, helpful and respectful and we enjoyed our stay, despite the cleanliness and upkeep issues. The pill found in the bedroom was unacceptable and unsafe.
