Clean room but poor customerservice

The room was fine but the balcony was not a real balcony. You Could barely stand out there. The service was poor. They told us very little about the situation with corona. We booked a trip to nihn bihn because ha long Bay was Closed. We payed Extra to see a temple but it was Closed because of corona. We had to argue with the reception to get the refund. They didn’t belive us.

Really lovely, stylish boutique hotel with incredible staff. Super comfy bed! Amazing and really helpful front desk! We arrived in Hanoi in not really good time, because of the Virus outbreak almost every tourist destination was closed or about to be close. The guys did everything to Help us have a nice stay. It is a short distance to Tong Duy Tan street food areas and where the train track cafes are. Street food and bars/pubs are walking distance from the hotel .
