Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood with grocery store nearby and felt safe to walk around. Room was nice and had everything we needed. Only issue was that the TV’s couldn’t connect to the wifi and therefore didn’t work. Rooftop pool and gym were nice to hang out at.

This place was beautiful! It was in a great location. Close to great shops, food and nightlife. The view from the top floor pool was stunning. Make sure you go up there before you leave! The rooms were spacious and clean! Valentina at the front desk was so friendly and helpful and reliable. Would absolutely visit Soul again!

Our stay at this appartement was excellent!!! The building offers a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, and a game room. Imagine yourself relaxing in the jacuzzi or taking a swim in the pool, all while enjoying a stunning view. The apartment itself was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, an additional bathroom, and a balcony with a lovely view. We stayed on the 8th floor, which provided an excellent perspective of the surroundings. Service was outstanding — Alejandro was extremely helpful both at check-in and throughout our stay. Property was fine but their guest policy is unacceptable. I was not aware they did not allow any visitors at all other than registered guests. That is enough not to recommend anyone to stay there. I understand there is a prostitution problem in Medellin but new guests should not be penalized for what previous guests have done.

I like being able to cook for myself, the kitchens in my apartments at Soul were equipped well enough for me to do that, and there is a supermercado just around the corner from the property. I had a great tour of the graffiti in Comuna 13 with one the guides from the hotel, highly recommend checking that stuff out. My apartment on the 9th floor was below the gym, and that was sometimes a little noisy, but I am glad they had a gym, the pool is beautiful, it was what I needed. The staff at the reception were always super friendly and helpful. I have a major crush on one of the girls who works there. A bit pricey, but very nice.
