Casa Verano Beach is a little piece of paradise. From the welcome cocktail, to the delicious breakfast, and beautiful surroundings, this is the perfect place to stay in Santa Marta. It’s removed from the city so it is quiet, and you have direct access to the beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the property is well maintained. And while I could go on about the facilities, it is the staff at this resort who really make you feel at home. Hector, Victor, Leo and the whole team are exceptional. Special mention goes to Hector who went above and beyond in so many ways. He is truly a cut above. By the time we left, we felt we were leaving our home and friends. The owners of this hotel have done an amazing job bringing this special place to life. We would go back in a heartbeat.

Eder, the manager, went above and beyond to help us with getting the yellow fever vaccine. Luis, the waiter, was attentive, helpful, and courteous. Victor was always ready to help with a smile. I have done a lot of travelling and I have never received the level of care and service to that we had here. Every single staff member was incredible. Special shoutout goes to Hector who went above and beyond in so many ways. He helped us change our dates outside of the designated window, rebooked our bus tickets, and was so kind and considerate.
