I had a wonderful experience at Vinpearl-Hue Hotel. The building is impressive, the room impeccable and its staff very polite and helpful. Its location is also perfect - near good restaurants. My only regret is I didn't stay long enough to enjoy all the hotel has to offer.

This was a really great hotel. Well located within walking distance of the Imperial city. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different options. We stayed in a suite with lounge access and it was very spacious & we could have some great drink & snack options from the lounge. We had left an iPad on the plane & the front desk staff rang the airport & managed to track down someone who found the iPad & it was returned to the Vietnam Airlines office 450m from the hotel the next morning. They were also very helpful arranging our transfer to Hoi An our next destination.

Modern and wonderful.

Love this swanky hotel. It’s a high rise so you get amazing views from your room and the bar in the 34th floor. Go to happy hour—you won’t regret it. There m was quite large and well Appointed and the breakfast was spectacular.

Exceptional stay in Hue

We stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed it tremendously. The staff is really nice and helpful, the bedroom was big, perfectly soundproofed (so rare in SEA), full of light during the day and perfectly dark at night (also pretty rare in SEA). The bed was incredibly huge and comfortable, the pillow choice was perfect, and the linens smooth and soft. The other options we got to enjoy as Level guests were also unexpected and awesome : free fall wines, beers and canapés for tea time. The spa was really nice and so was the pool. We had a blast staying there and would definitely stay again with our eyes closed if we ever come back to Hue !
