You get what you pay for. Cheap room, expect something to go wrong. Had originally booked a deluxe room I think it was, (more space) but had to downgrade due to no elevator for a wheelchair bound husband. 2nd room was smaller and that’s where the issue started. Dead roaches on the floor and ant trail on the sink and up the walls. Notified guy at check in, he grabbed a can of raid and sprayed it all over the counter and wiped it off. He cleaned up what roaches were left and then left. When I check the sink again, I saw more ants coming from the overflowed part of the sink, n

Beds aren’t comfortable

We got room 204 room looked overall clean but you could tell the don’t really clean well their was a green peace of chewed gum on the shower wall I’m guessing from the previous guest. The bed was not too comfortable pillows the same. The day off check out which I always do is I removed all the bedding pillow case to make sure they get changed for the next guest ,while I was doing that the mattress protector was stained it have me the eww . The bath towels were stained. That’s it .

Hotel has very small parking lot and room was empty. Had no closet, no shelves, no shampoo, one trash can in bathroom. 2 Very small pillows. And never answer their phone for help.

The blinds were broken so privacy was limited the front desk. Man was very rude. I didn’t like his attitude or the way he handled things in the sense of getting our check-in and room key.

DEPOSIT WAS NEVER TURNED BACK

The service was awesome and amazing, but there was one issue , One Problem , My Deposit Was Never Returned After The Owner Had Said I Would Receive It Into My Bank Account The Same Day Of Check Out And Haven’t Received Anything Yet , Hopefully The Problem Can Be Fixed Soon I’m A Hard Working Single Mom..
