Infelizmente, minha experiência neste hotel foi muito ruim. Ao entrar no primeiro quarto, senti imediatamente um cheiro muito forte de mofo. Voltei à recepção e solicitei a troca. Após verificarem o sistema, uma funcionária me acompanhou para conferir se outro quarto estaria em melhores condições. Para nossa surpresa, quando a funcionária abriu a porta, o quarto estava ocupado por outros hóspedes. Uma situação extremamente constrangedora e, principalmente, preocupante em relação à segurança e ao controle de acesso aos quartos. Por fim, fomos acomodados em um terceiro quarto. Apesar de não ter o mesmo problema com mofo, a limpeza estava muito abaixo do esperado. Havia vários fios de cabelo no banheiro, inclusive nas paredes, no box e no chão. Foram três situações consecutivas que demonstraram problemas de manutenção, limpeza e organização da hospedagem. Não recomendo.
