I would not choose this hotel again, despite the pleasant and attentive staff. We arrived to find the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. Our room had no hot water. The hottest our sink or shower would get was lukewarm both in the evening and morning of our stay. The staff did offer to switch our room. The continental breakfast was average. The best thing about the experience was the kind staff.
