Check-in felt a little chaotic as there seemed to be only one staff member behind the desk who had the "status" to do things on the check-in system, so they kept being called upon by the front-line check-in staff to attend to various issues with the check-in process.
Room was comfortable at one level, but remained cool-to-cold throughout our two-night stay, despite trying to resolve this with the staff.
The hotel itself feels very plush when beyond the reception area, with hush-hush carpeted corridors and a luxurious feel to it.
We did not use any of the facilities, and instead opted to breakfast at a nearby coffee house for afficionados.
Some great pubs and facilities nearby, but it is a good 12 minute walk from the nearest tube station.
