部屋でWi-Fiが繋がらずストレスを感じました。部屋を変更してもらおうと相談したら、12,13階が1番Wi-Fiコンディションが良いと言われた(因みに12階に泊まった)10階は繋がりませんと言っていた。系列のホテルにチェンジするか提案してもらった、面倒なので断りましたが。スタッフさんはとても親切に対応してくれました。駅からも近く、分かりやすい。清潔感ありました。
