It was not at all how piks looked heater was falling apart room was half way cleaned i just need a place to sleep for the night so i dealt with it but would never go back

When we first checked in on Thursday for a 3 day stay, we were told the elevator was broken but not to worry because it should be fixed soon....it was never fixed and we were on the 4th floor. Extremely inconvenient. We booked a smoking room for 2 people and there was only 1 pillow and no ash trays. Everytime we took a shower the people beneath us would complain to us that water was leaking in their room....the bathroom lights burnt out and it was a pain finding someone to give us a new lightbulb. Just overall disappointing stay, the place looks a lot nicer from the outside. Definitely will never stay here again.
