Dear Management
On April 17, 2025, through your online booking link, I made a reservation and paid with my Mastercard for a hotel room at Residence Yipene in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso from April April 28 - May 4, 2025.
Upon arrival in Burkina Faso, I was shocked that there was no such a hotel as advertised on booking site. The building was not in use. I had to make other arrangements for my stay.
I am therefore requesting a full refund of my paid reservation in the amount of 208,26 €
