We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at LA Home on Lake Garda. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious, light and airy with a lovely atmosphere and well-decorated. The pool is not huge but adequate size for a few strokes. I would highly recommend a stay here.

We hired the 2 bedroom apartment and it was very nice and clean. Good view of lake Garda and a dedicated swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also good and very personal and there is a dedicated parking garage (could be a bit difficult to park with bigger cars). Restaurants are in walking distance as well as a small supermarket in the village square. The only downside was that walking to the lake is a bit of an effort because you walk down the hill, and going back up can be a bit tiring (especially with strollers and little children).

Nur mittelmäßig in der allgemeinen Bewertung, obwohl dass Hotel an sich hervorragend ist gab es bei unserem Aufenthalt eine unschöne Interaktion mit der Hotelmanagerin. Wir haben drei Nächte dort übernachtet. Die ersten beiden Nächte waren wir sehr zufrieden, sowohl das Personal als auch von der Unterkunft an sich. Nach diesen zwei Nächten mussten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Jedoch war dies bei unserer Ankunft noch nicht sicher und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass uns noch Bescheid gegeben würde. Dies ist nicht mehr erfolgt. Stattdessen erhielten wir am dritten Tag nachmittags eine Nachricht von der Unterkunft, dass unsere Sachen umgeräumt worden sind. Dies erfolgte ohne unsere Zustimmung. Als wir am Abend wieder zurück in die Unterkunft kamen, erwartete uns die Hotelmanagerin, die uns sehr unfreundlich und lautstark für die Situation verantwortlich machte, da unsere Sachen nicht gepackt waren. Sie warf uns vor, dass wir vorsätzlich gehandelt hätten. Ein offener Austausch mit ihr war gar nicht möglich, da sie uns immer wieder unterbrach, als wir das Geschehen äußerten. Die Interaktion mit der Managerin sorgte dafür, dass wir uns in der Unterkunft sehr unwohl fühlten. Es gab keine Situation, in der der Fehler auf Seiten des Hotels gesehen wurde. Uns geht es nicht darum, dass wir das Zimmer wechseln mussten, jedoch muss das vorher klar kommuniziert werden. Wir sind der Meinung, dass man die Sachen der Gäste nicht ungefragt umräumen kann. Sehr schade!

Die Unterkunft war mehr als zufriedenstellend. Wir hatten eine super Zeit im Hotel. Für italienische Verhältnisse ist das Hotel top ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet, das Frühstück war klasse, die Zimmer waren groß und komfortabel und der Außenbereich wunderschön mit Pool und Liegen. Durch die Tiefgarage bekommt man auch immer einen Platz zum Parken. Das Personal war sehr sehr lieb, zuvorkommend und höflich. Ich werde das L.A. Home Hotel allen Freunden empfehlen und bestimmt beim nächsten Gardasee-Urlaub wieder in diesem Hotel nächtigen.
