No hot water!

Good apartment but let down as there was only enough hot water in the tank for one shower and then you had to wait 30+ mins for the tank to full again. If we’d been told that on check in we would have planned more time for showers.

Broken air conditioner

The place was ok. But in 38 degree weather the AC was broken and they did not inform us. We would have loved to cook our own meals ur could not. We put everything in the freezer. The fridge sucked. Worst 2 sleeps of my life.

localização excelente com escada muito cansativa.

Pontos fortes: localização (perto de absolutamente tudo que você vai precisar), espaçoso, usamos bem o fogão e geladeira, não é barulhento durante a noite. Ponto razoável: ar condicionado não funciona apropriadamente (mas isso não foi um problema para nós, mas que sente muito calor pode sofrer), limpeza razoável. Ponto fraco: escada demasiadamente difícil de subir (o que não foi uma surpresa), o apartamento necessita de reforma geral no acabamento e instalação elétrica.

I would not recommend staying here. The property is NOTHING like the pictures and not in good shape. It is a long steep staircase coming in. The air conditioning really only worked in one part of the apartment. Furthermore, one of the bed frames broke while in use. We stayed one night of a six night stay, paid the additional fees and when asked for a refund, received no answer.

I thought this property was a great place to stay! Located in the middle of everything! There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable. A couple of things to consider, while it didnt bother me, the room is 3 stories up and ther is no elevator. And because it’s centerally located, it can get a bit loud outside.
