Atendimento ótimo

Fiquei apenas uma noite, mas fui muito bem atendido por todos os funcionários do hotel. Cheguei durante a madrugada e o pessoal da recepção me atendeu prontamente, abriram o portão da garagem e me acompanharam no estacionamento. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. Possui café da manhã bem variado e tudo de boa qualidade. Fiquei satisfeito com a estadia.

Fiquei só um dia, mas deu para descansar . O café da manhã bom. Mas não me agradou estar tomando café e funcionário limpando o local . E tb me desagradou muito ter baratas no quarto em que fiquei. Deveriam cuidar mais da manutenção dos quartos e das roupas de cama e cobertores .

Estrutura bem simples e antiga. Limpeza ok, porém toalhas são na cor laranja, desbotadas e com manchas. Cobertores com rasgos e manchas também.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Precisa melhorar muito para ser 3 estrelas. O quarto é bom. A roupa de cama razoável. Tem cofre no armario mas nao é usável. Algumas coisas podiam ser melhores. Nao tem nenhuma publicação ou folheto com informações do hotel. O humor dos funcionários deixa muito à desejar. O cafe da manhã é bem honesto. Só nao tem nenhum iogurte. As copeiras que servem no cafe da manhã não dão nem bom dia. A localizacao compensa. É um hotel velho. Mas bem cuidado seria um luxo. A edificação é linda. Ja hospedou muitas celebridades no passado. Tem um estacionamento ao lado. Gostaria de voltar mais vezes mas as instalações devem ser atualizadas. Especialmente o mobiliario e o ar condicionado.

O hotel estava localizado no centro da cidade, próximo ao shopping, com ruas estreitas e movimentas. Sobre o hotel, a rua faz bastante barulho, durante a noite é bastante barulho. O hotel não tem filtro de água para beber, o café da manhã não ofereceu suco de laranja natural, deixou um pouco a desejar. Quanto a garagem é rotativa com a farmácia local, pode ser que não consiga estacionar, as vagas são pequenas, cobertas e limitadas. Senti falta de recomendação de locais para comer. O hotel é de 5 andares, a higiene estava ok, o banheiro ok, a cama ok e possui frigobar. O cafe da manha é servido das 6h as 10h da manhã. Se você não é exigente, recomendo o hotel.

Permaneci apenas duas noites no hotel, que estava muito bem organizado, limpo, toalhas e lençóis branquinhos com cheiro de lavanderia, muito bom. Ótimo chuveiro também. Tudo funcionando no quarto, ar condicionado, tv a cabo e todos os controles remotos com pilhas funcionando, coisa rara nos hotéis. Nenhum problema com a reserva. Não fotografei as instalações, mas está muito similar às fotos da divulgação no site.

Quando cheguei por volta das 13h30, me informaram que eu só podia entrar as 14h00, devido a regra do check-in ser essa. As 14h00, quando fui fazer a minha entrada que descubri que o quarto a qual tinha reservado teria que ser limpo. Ou seja, não entrei antes devido o quarto esta sem limpar, mesmo que a regra do check-out ser as 12h00. Tive que aguardar 30 minutos a mais para poder entrar.

Banheiro com mofo no teto, ar condicionado com mofo e filtros do ar muito sujo. Sem falar no vazamento pela parede. Foi necessário chamar a manutenção para, literalmente, lavar o ar condicionado. Enquanto o funcionário fazia a limpeza do ar condicionado, a camareira disse: “Mais um que pedem para limpar hoje”.

Não fiquei contente com o fato de ter direito ao estacionamento, porém fui obrigado a deixar meu carro na rua. O hotel fica no centro da cidade, de modo que meu veículo ficou exposto a riscos desnecessários se tivessem me fornecido o estacionamento.
